Apart from retreat catering he also offers corporate private and wedding catering as well as food demos & workshops.

Creative, magical plant-based Retreat catering
Hi, I am Chef Andy, the Owner and Head Chef of Poco Culina. I founded my business in 2015 with a desire to cook flamboyant, colourful, beautifully presented foods that are entirely plant-based just have such an amazing synergy with all types of retreats – Yoga, Spiritual, Mindfulness, Personal Development, Meditation to name a few.
Obviously I am is completely at home in retreat environments whether one day or residential. Cooking and serving barefoot is normal!! As is an empathy and respect for the retreat environment.
The menus that I craft for retreats include outstanding flavours from the Mediterranean and the East, but with a clear focus on nutritional balance and with the right amount of boost and energy release at key parts of each day.
It is also important that food brings people together and is served in a way to enhance the social experience and unity at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
