Service Information
Limitation of liability
The role of RetreatChef.co.uk is to help retreat organisers find retreat chefs. We act solely as an introducer. We are not able to offer guarantees or indemnities in respect of any commercial or other arrangements between retreat organisers and chefs or any other third parties.
For retreat organisers, we are not able to guarantee or verify the availability, capability or qualifications of the chefs who provide their details via the site. We will take reasonable steps to help you make the best choice by facilitating testimonials where possible and available, though we cannot guarantee the accuracy of testimonials.
Where we offer a service to proactively find candidate chefs for you as a retreat organiser, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to find suitable candidates or that they will meet your requirements. As above, we act only as an introducer and are unable to guarantee or accept any liability for their work.
For retreat chefs and other service providers, we cannot guarantee or underwrite payment for work or any other services you provide for retreat organisers.
User Profiles
As part of the registration a basic profile will be created. For retreat chefs, this will be linked to their listing. We accept one profile per individual – duplicate or additional profiles for the same individual using a different email address may be removed or made unavailable for viewing. If for business reasons you want to create separate profiles, each of these will have to have a paid listing attached to them and be sufficiently different from other profiles by the same person.
We reserve the right to amend profiles to correct classification i.e. ensure that hosts and retreat chefs are registered as such.

We will not charge you if no candidates are available or we are unable to fulfil the service for any other reason.
