A bit about me

Hiya, I'm Zoe - retreat chef, yoga teacher (and cancer researcher!). I trained with Bex from The Mindful Kitchen in Ayurvedic principles for retreat cheffing, having had a passion for wholesome, vegan, exciting and nourishing food all my life.

I provide vegan, organic, wholefood which is all made from scratch according to Ayurvedic principles. It's seasonal food that is made with a whole lot of love and is full of prana to nourish your soul and complement your wellness retreat beautifully.

I grew up with parents that love to cook and explore different foods.  I became vegetarian when I was 8 years old and have now been vegan for the last 8 years. I love to grow my own vegetables in my garden in Manchester and frequently have microgreens growing on the windowsill and a jar of kombucha brewing in a cupboard!

I don't need any accommodation as long as I can park on-site in my campervan with access to a shared bathroom.
