A bit about me

Hello! I am Delphine, a vegan chef and trained yoga teacher. I have always been a big believer in the idea that the food we eat and the movements we make are at the heart of our well-being.

Raised in France, my love for cooking began in childhood and deepened after adopting a plant-based lifestyle. I create seasonal, sustainable dishes that are simple yet full of flavour. Passionate about bringing people together, my cooking complements the mindful experience of yoga retreats.
