A bit about me
I love creating tasty and well-balanced meals which incorporate all six tastes on a plate, something I learned from my training in Ayurveda. Taste and texture are so important and most of all, I love providing nourishing food and supporting people on retreat. I believe a little sweet treat can be nourishing and tasty and am a keen baker (cakes). I’m able to add on a cooking demo or give guests an overview of Ayurveda. I like to understand what the host wants to create on retreat, including how much activity there is for guests so we can work out the best menu and match the needs of the retreat.
