Hiya, I’m Zoe – retreat chef, yoga teacher (and cancer researcher!). I trained with Bex from The Mindful Kitchen in Ayurvedic principles for retreat cheffing, having had a passion for wholesome, vegan, exciting and nourishing food all my life.

I provide vegan, organic, wholefood which is all made from scratch according to Ayurvedic principles. It’s seasonal food that is made with a whole lot of love and is full of prana to nourish your soul and complement your wellness retreat beautifully.

I grew up with parents that love to cook and explore different foods.  I became vegetarian when I was 8 years old and have now been vegan for the last 8 years. I love to grow my own vegetables in my garden in Manchester and frequently have microgreens growing on the windowsill and a jar of kombucha brewing in a cupboard!

I don’t need any accommodation as long as I can park on-site in my campervan with access to a shared bathroom.

    Having Zoe cater my Sacred Soul Retreat recently was nothing short of joyful. Her energy, presence and outstanding menu were absolutely perfect – I highly recommend Lily + Lotus and look forward to working with Zoe again 😊

    Excellent from start to finish

    Our experience with Zoe was excellent from start to finish! The quotation, communication and booking process was simple and easy.
    But most importantly, the food was amazing! So much thought and care put into every meal. I couldn’t fault a thing.
    Zoe also took care of everything; the menu plan, the shopping, the prep, cooking, serving and clearing up afterwards, so I could focus fully on my guests. I would highly recommend her.
