Delicious!
I’ve been on a couple of retreats now and experienced Kirsten’s food and it’s opened my eyes as to how varied and nourishing a plant based diet can be. Kirsten puts her heart and soul into her meals, she’s a wonderful person and works so hard. Kirsten’s meals are all really visually appealing on top of being delicious, she gets it right every time and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed everything of hers that I’ve eaten. Kirsten has kindly shared recipes in the past after retreats and they’ve always been easy to follow, it’s meant that there’s a few things I will make consistently on a weekly basis, such as energy balls, overnight oats, etc., and it’s meant that I’ve explored food options I might not have previously thought about when doing my weekly shop. Something that strikes me also, is how nothing goes to waste, Kirsten’s menus are really sustainable and it’s nice to see no food wasted, and a lot of clear plates at the end of a meal!
