Hi I am Jessie, a private and retreat chef based in the North East of England, where my cooking is shaped by the landscapes, seasons, and producers that surround me. My approach is rooted in simplicity, integrity, and a deep respect for ingredients — allowing each element on the plate to speak for itself. I have worked on traditional yoga retreats to fitness classes and also photography retreats.

Working closely with local growers, suppliers, and artisans, I create thoughtful, nourishing food that reflects the time and place it is cooked in. My menus are guided by what is fresh, abundant, and at its best, resulting in dishes that feel both grounding and quietly refined.

Whether cooking for intimate gatherings or immersive retreat settings, my focus is always on creating a sense of ease and connection through food. I believe meals should be generous, considered, and memorable — an experience that brings people together and leaves them feeling well cared for.

My culinary journey so far has taken me on TV – Steph’s Packed Lunch and Sunday Brunch, serving at large festivals and winning NOEA’s Caterer of The Year.
