My work is all about heart-centred living. I spend most of my time immersed in nature. In the wild, amidst waterfalls, woodlands, coastal paths, hills and mountains. It brings me a deep sense of fulfilment to bring others hiking in the great outdoors. The great outdoors inspires me beyond measure.
I feel that hiking and walking in nature can provide a profound connection with Mother Earth, whilst allowing us to be more true to ourselves and lead to excellent mental health.
The way Mother Earth speaks through plants, wildlife, rocks, rivers, mountains, waterfalls, and the boundless seas are an endless source of inspiration for me.
What do I offer?
I offer bespoke walking days for groups of between 1 and 12 people, tailored to suit your needs. We’ll take in breathtaking scenery, secret bays, coastal walks, magical woodlands, waterfalls, myths, and legends.
I live in South Wales on the Gower Peninsula, and am willing to travel in the UK.
My background with retreats
I’ve spent most of my adult life in the retreat world running retreats, teaching on retreats, organising retreats and my other work is as a private/freelance plant-based chef on retreats.
A bit about my philosophy of life
I feel an incredible depth of compassion for all sentient life. I follow my heart, embracing what stirs my soul, trusting that within my perfect imperfections, I am doing the best I can. My purpose here (like many of us) is to ‘be the change’ to keep unfolding, learning, and returning to love. I trust that it might help others find ever deeper levels of kindness, compassion, interconnectivity, and healthier ways of being.
