In 2006 I conceptualised and opened a café restaurant in NW London which offered a home from home dining experience as well as afternoon teas and patisserie. During my 13 years of restaurant ownership, I discovered a love of yoga and experienced for myself the intrinsic connection between healthy, mindful eating and wellness.
Having sold the business in 2019, I now work exclusively as a plant based chef within holistic and wellness spheres and conscious communities. I also offer my services as a consultant on various wellness related projects and as a retreat leader/co-host.
