I design seasonal menus with love so that your day retreat or weekend is filled with food that feeds you, nourishes and delights your event whilst working to bring your body into balance.

I am a yogi that has studied Ayurveda so weave this ancient wisdom into my dishes and share my knowledge to help you embody it.

I can offer gluten free, plant based savoury and sweet treats on location or prepare them for your event.

 

I have been running my own yoga & wellness retreats and events as a trauma informed somatic yoga teacher for 6 years and I know how important the food is when your participants are ‘doing the inner work’!

I imbue the food I cook with love, healing intention and maximum health benefits.

I am a cacao carrier so can prepare or host a cacao circle.
I also love teaching seasonal living and eating workshops.

I live in Kent and I am willing to travel UK and overseas.
