Olá, I’m Ana—a retreat chef weaving plant-based nourishment with the rhythms of nature and the feminine body. Based in Portugal, my kitchen is a space of deep care, creativity, and connection.

I specialize in seasonal, hormone-supportive meals inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom, macrobiotic principles, and Mediterranean soul. My cooking is rooted in simplicity, sensuality, and the belief that food is a form of love and medicine.

One of my signature offerings is @tempeh.o.clock —a unique concept featuring homemade tempeh crafted from lentils, mung beans, chickpeas, and more. Whether gently fermented or boldly seasoned, tempeh becomes the star in comforting, protein-rich meals that surprise and delight.

I love curating menus for retreats that celebrate embodiment, stillness, and cyclical living. Alongside delicious meals, I offer workshops on tempeh-making and women’s cycles health—bringing another layer of intention to your retreat experience.
