Hi, I’m Kasia.

I help facilitators to provide a unique experience through food. I’m Many Things! With a background in interior design and textiles, design education and yoga, I bring a highly creative and intuitive touch to every plate. I undertsand  the language of retreat: as a yoga teacher and regular retreat contributor, I intuitively understand the flow of the day and how food can support it.

At the heart of my cooking is providing a nutritious, plant-based food, full of flavour and colour that is gut and earth friendly. All meals are 100% plant-based* and free from refined ingredients inspired by  the principles of Ayurveda. I have cooked on retreats in the UK and France.

I have trained with Bex from the Mindful Kitchen in  Ayurvedic Plant-based retreat cheffing. 

My interest in Ayurveda began with a trip to India where I started learning and understanding more about using food as a foundation for all aspects of health. I learnt to pay more attention to pairing ingredients using a spectrum of tastes and diverse spices to support a balanced and holistic approach to wellbeing. I apply these principled to design menus to reflect different seasons and as much as possible is made from scratch: sauces, ferments, pickles, dressing are all made by me.  Meals are prepared using locally sources ingredients prioritising organically grown fresh produce. I design food to reflect your retreat’s atmosphere, pace, and energy, making each dish a memorable part of the experience – creative, intentional, and deeply nourishing.

    The best retreat chef! 🌟

    Kasia was the chef on the yoga retreat that I hosted, and I highly highly recommend her! From our first interaction, she took the time to understand the goals of my retreat, aligning meals and recipes to suit the retreat. She went above and beyond throughout the weekend, from incredible breakfasts to start our day, to the most delicious (but healthy) snacks, and warming dinners! The food was such a highlight of our weekend, guests spoke so highly of each meal. Every dish was made with care, and genuine attention to detail. I’m so happy that Kasia and I worked together, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone as I’d love to work with her again in the future. Alongside being an incredible chef, Kasia is such a lovely person and brings such a great energy to the retreat. Thank you again! ✨

    Everything Kasia made for us guests at the retreat was unreal – so delicious, healthy, varied, and full of flavour. It was a real treat everytime. Beyond the food itself, Kasia is wonderful to speak to, and brings amazing energy. Highly recommend ♥️

    Amazing food

    I’ve just returned from a 3-day retreat with the Pearle Exhale 108 community, and one of the absolute highlights was the food- thanks to the talented Kasia. Every meal and snack she prepared was bursting with flavour. All the food looked and tasted incredible and there was so much colour included which brings me so much joy!!! One of the standout elements was her homemade Palestinian shatta – I wanted to put it on everything. The fact that much of the food was vegetarian and gluten-free meant I didn’t have to overthink a single meal 🙂 Kasia was just as warm and inspiring as her food – she spoke with such passion about her cheffing journey, her love for certain ingredients and techniques, and the cultural stories behind many of the dishes she created. She was generous in sharing tips and even recipes, and I can’t wait to try recreating some of these dishes at home!!! I left the retreat feeling energised & nourished. Thank you Kasia!

    Delicious food

    The food was fantastic, such variety of healthy and seasonal meals with plenty of snacks in between! Every meal was a treat and left me feeling nourished and inspired! Kasia was open to answering questions about the food and recipes, would recommend 🙂

    Yoga retreat in Chamonix

    Having Kasia at the retreat I was organising was such a gift. I could always count on her to take care of the food, and she did it with so much love. The meals were nourishing, ayurvedically inspired, and simply delicious — from the yummy chocolate fudge to those amazing vegetable pancakes. Many of us picked up a few cooking tricks from her along the way. And beyond the food, Kasia brought a lot of fun into the group. I’m really grateful she was part of the retreat. 🙏

    Delicious and creative plant based food!

    I was fed by Kasia during a long weekend yoga retreat, and boy, was it wonderful! Kasia’s recipes are creative and filling, with special attention paid to nutrients and macros. I fell in love with her almond butter chocolate dates, and got inspired to try making desserts with silken tofu! Kasia was flexible and adapted her menus to what was available in the local supermarket. She is also a pleasure to chat with and a truly beautiful soul!

    Summer event in the forest 🌳

    Kasia’s food was a real pleasure from start till very end 🙂 She enjoyed making a list as well as the whole meal preparation. Every ingredient had its own and right place. All made and served with a greatest smile and real heart as Kasia not only loves cooking but also enjoyes taking all guests into a real food heaven. Kasia’s plant based menu during my event was a symphony of flavors, with each component perfectly cooked and seasoned. We could really taste the love and care that goes into their food. Highly recommend! 🙂

    Highly recommend!

    Kasia’s food on my retreats is always a winner with my students! She puts so much thought and care into what she creates and all the food is wholesome, delicious and aligned with the principles of Ayurveda. She provides a delicious meal but also plenty of tasty snacks which I almost can’t believe are free from any nasty sugars – so tasty. Kasia is a great asset to any retreat! 🙏
