I was hosting a weekend away in Wales with my friends and family for a big birthday celebration. I wanted to have a nice vegan dinner on the final night. I found Catherine and she was great. We had a couple of chats in which we worked out a good menu. I instantly got good vibes from her and knew I was in safe hands. She prepared a really tasty 4 course dinner for us (23 people) and sorted out decorating the tables and table service. Everyone was really impressed with the food and the presentation. Particular highlights were the beetroot tartare with cashew cream and the cheesecake! My friends said they thought the dinner was amazing. And they realised that you don’t need meat to have a superb meal!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Catherine on a couple of my LPY yoga retreats and both times have been an absolute joy.
From our very first conversation, she completely understood the atmosphere I wanted to create and my vibe – her intuition and attention to detail are truly next-level.

Catherine’s food is absolutely mind-blowing. Even guests who weren’t vegan left feeling inspired to rethink how they eat. Her creativity, flavour combinations, and presentation are all outstanding — nourishing both body and soul.

Beyond the food, Catherine brings such a warm and positive energy to the retreat space. She’s a joy to be around, always up for a laugh, and over time has become a great friend. I wholeheartedly recommend her — any retreat would be lucky to have her onboard.

We found Catherine a few years ago now and she has hosted quite a few retreats for us on Anglesey!
From the moment I met her we became friends as well as work colleagues! She is so friendly and great with guests, the food is amazing and so well presented! She loves getting involved in the meals letting everyone know how it was made, what the ingredients etc are… she is a joy to have on any workshop or retreat and THE BAKING!!!!!!!!!!
