A bit about me
Hi
I am Jess a professional chef based in the North East. I have been cheffing since I was a teen, training at Bishop Auckland College. I also have a L4 Nutrition qualification.
I have ran my own business Saving Nemo for 5 years serving at weddings and festivals. I came top 16 in the British Street Food Awards and have been on Steph's Packed Lunch and Sunday Brunch.
I also private chef for celebrations and gatherings across the North. Serving plated fine dining to family sharing mexican meals. As a trained chef I am able to cook seasonally and can cook 4 course meals using locally sourced meat or a plant based affair with lots of vibrant colour.
Recently I have began retreat cheffing across the UK. These have been mainly plant based yoga retreats but also retreats for other hobbies and requiring different menus.
